This retreat is centered around the profound archetypes of the Maiden, Mother, Matriarch, and Crone. These powerful stages of womanhood represent the full spectrum of the feminine journey, each carrying its unique wisdom and sacredness.
This retreat welcomes women from all walks of life. You do not have to be a physical mother to enjoy these rites of passage. We will delve into each archetype and integrate the elements associated with them. Women experience these archetypes in recurring mini-cycles. Throughout the retreat, we will explore the sacred rites of passage linked to each archetype.
These rites of passage are powerful rituals and ceremonies that mark significant transitions in a woman’s life, helping us to honor and celebrate our journey at every stage.
The Maiden embodies youth, curiosity, and new beginnings. She is the symbol of innocence, potential, and the excitement of discovering the world. During the retreat, we will honor the Maiden within, celebrating her vibrancy and openness to life’s possibilities.
The Mother represents nurturing, creation, and unconditional love. She is the caretaker, the source of life, and the embodiment of compassion and strength. We will explore the Mother’s role in our lives, recognizing and honoring the selfless love and nurturing spirit she brings.
The Matriarch, or the Wise Woman, stands as a pillar of stability, wisdom, and leadership. She is the bridge between the Mother and the Crone, carrying the responsibility of guiding and protecting. During our time together, we will delve into the Matriarch’s wisdom, learning to lead with grace and strength in our own lives.
The Crone symbolizes the culmination of life’s experiences, embodying wisdom, introspection, and the acceptance of life’s cycles. She is the sage, the keeper of ancient knowledge, and the guide through life’s transitions. We will honor the Crone, embracing her teachings on aging, transformation, and the deep understanding of our true selves.
By engaging in these practices, we will delve into the sacredness of being human, recognizing the divine within us and the interconnectedness of all life. We will embrace the sacrifices, challenges, and triumphs that shape our lives, learning to find meaning and purpose in each moment. I am a wife, dog mom, daughter, sister, aunt, writer, videographer, and I am a spirit medium. Yes, that is right… I have the gift to connect to our loved ones on the Other Side.
I knew as a kid I could connect with angels. Although connecting to angels has been a part of me, it has not always been easy to accept. It took years to integrate as my life path.
At times, I would open myself up and then shut down. I felt forced to stop sharing and exploring my spiritual gifts because it wasn’t “normal or accepted” Every time I stopped myself from exploring and using this gift, I felt dead inside. I went to college, worked many different jobs, I even moved to another state, yet I still felt something was missing. I was not happy.
I felt a HUGE part of me was missing. When I was open to this gift, without fail spirit would send those who were ready to finding healing from deceased loved ones.
While navigating religious wounding, I found myself on the empowering path as a shamanic practitioner. Experiencing sacred ceremony brought life back into my soul. It is my passion to help other woman on the path of shamanism.
I am Laurie Z Divine. I live in the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah with my husband and our 2 daughters. I am an embodied photographer, Reiki master and also have also completed the core training and advanced training with the Somatica Institute (sex and relationship coaching).
I have spent a lot of my adult life unhooking from a very patriarchal religious upbringing. I love working with women to become more fully embodied and connected to their true self though individual, intuitively curated medicine journeys and embodied photography.At the beginning of 2020, I heard the call of my plant allies. After experiencing deep soul transformation through medicine journeying, I felt a reconnection to truth that felt like home.
While on the road , living in an RV full time, an unwinding brought me to a new sense of connection with nature, myself, and a new way of living. I am a sacred disruptor and committed to showing up for my daughters and all women in an embodied, empowered, sovereign and loving way. It is my passion to help others who are hearing the call from their plant Allies.
